Cat in the Hat

"how you are gonna battle with the cat in the hat ?" lol

The idea came to me when i was listening Dr Seuss vs Shakespeare in "epic rap battles of history" on YouTube and looking at some AWESOME and bizarre Pokemon's drawings made by Gavin Mackey -SoupAndButter- so i decided that i wanted to do something similar... I'm still a amateur and i had a lot to learn but this is my first "painting" that i have focus so much time on LOL. I had fun with it while making it hope you like it please feel free to give your opinions and advises if you like
